Our Process

    The drawing board

    We convert your design ideas and functional requirements into a digital sketch. Our software is fully parametric, we don’t need exact measurements at this stage; any later alterations to the design automatically adjust the panel dimensions, connections and fittings to suit the revised measurements.

    Visualisation

    We produce detailed drawings and renders to show you exactly how your design will look. We can alter the design and change materials virtually so you are completely satisfied with your furniture before production.

  • Manufacture & Installation


    Once agreed, your design is converted to machine code and sent directly to the factory to be crafted on the automated woodworking machines. Beam saws, edgebanders and CNCs get to work to form the panels that our craftsmen skillfully install into place.
